Digital Image License Agreement

By purchasing this digital image, you (the buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Permitted Uses:

1. Personal Use: You may use the digital image for any personal, non-commercial project, such as home decor, personal social media posts, or crafts.
2. Commercial Use: You may use the digital image for business purposes, such as:
   • Marketing materials (social media, flyers, advertisements, etc.)
   • Website or blog designs
   • Creating physical or digital products (mugs, t-shirts, greeting cards, etc.) for sale, provided that these products incorporate the image into a new, unique design.

Prohibited Uses:

1. No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the digital image as-is, either in digital form or as a standalone product.
2. No Sharing: You may not share the original digital image file with anyone who has not purchased it.
3. No Use in Logo or Trademark: The digital image cannot be used as part of a logo, trademark, or service mark.

Ownership & Rights:

• The seller retains all copyright and ownership rights to the digital image.
• This license is for non-exclusive use, meaning others may purchase and use the same image.

Disclaimer:

• This license does not grant any rights to modify the image to be resold or represented as original work.
